山西焦煤集团国际发展有限公司，是我国最大的炼焦精煤企业山西焦煤集团公司的控股子公司，创立于1995年，注册资本1亿元人民币，是中国国际贸易促进会、中国五矿化工进出口商会会员单位。

山西焦煤集团国际发展有限公司主营煤炭、焦炭、矿石、钢材、化工、成品油、机电设备业务；控股和参股了十一个实体企业，涉及焦炭生产、煤炭洗选加工、炼焦储运、IT产业、港口货代等业务。

Shanxi Coking Coal Group International Development Co., Ltd. is one of the holding subsidiary companies of Shanxi Coking Coal Group Co., Ltd., the China's largest coking coal production base, and is awarded the membership of China International Trade Promoting Association and China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Metals, Minerals & Chemicals. It was founded in 1995 and the registered capital now is 100 million RMB yuan.

The main business of the company is the trade of coal, coke, ores, steel, chemicals, petroleum products and electric and mechanical equipments. Its eleven joint-ventures cover areas of coke production, coal washing, coal and coke storage, information technology and cargo and export agency.

With the strong support of Shanxi Coking Coal Group Co., Ltd., Shanxi Coking Coal Group International Development Co., Ltd. has established long-term strategic cooperative relations with some famous domestic steel, coal and coke enterprises, and maintained very good business relations with lots of famous enterprises abroad, covering 26 countries, such as Japan, Cuba, the U.S., South Korea, Australia, India as well as the main member states of the European Union.
